Why am I not receiving a confirmation/activation email after (re-) registering?

Our emails may be automatically assigned to your spam/junk folder or can sometimes be blocked by spam filters, so please add us to your safe sender’s list. If you think you might not be receiving emails from us, please contact your IT department to allow emails from us to come through to your inbox.


Sometimes, email addresses may not be entered correctly when (re-) registering which can also result in our emails not coming through to your inbox. If you think this might be the case, please use our contact form, stating your full name and details of the issue.


Please don’t reset your password to try and activate your account as emails will be sent to the incorrectly entered email account and you won’t be able to see them.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

You can easily reset your password via the log in pop-up window (click the ‘Log in’ button from the menu). It can take up to 30 minutes for an email with your password reset link to appear in your inbox.


If you don’t receive an email with your password reset link, it may have been assigned to your spam/junk folder. Sometimes, email addresses may not be entered correctly resulting in you not receiving the password reset link in your inbox – please try entering your email address again if you think this might be the case.

How do I change my password?

You can easily change your password after logging into your account:

  • Click ‘My account’ from the menu after logging in.
  • Click ‘Edit profile’ and then ‘Account details’.
  • Fill in the ‘Password change’ form as prompted.
  • Click ‘Save changes’.
I’ve forgotten my username. What do I do?
Your username will be the email address you registered with when creating your account.

If you can’t remember your username, please get in touch with our team stating your full name and the issue.
How do I change my username?

You can change your username by following these steps:

  • Click ‘My account’ from the menu after logging in.
  • Click ‘Edit profile’ and then ‘Account details’.
  • Change your email address in the field with your old email address that you wish to update.
  • Click ‘Save changes’.
I can’t access educational content. What do I do?
The most common reason why users are unable to access educational content on our website is because of a browser cookie issue. A quick fix is to use an alternative browser or to use an incognito/private browser to access our educational content.

If you still can’t access educational content, please get in touch with our team stating your full name and details of the educational content you are having trouble accessing.
I’m changing my job. How do I update this on my account?

You can easily edit your job details after logging into your account:

  • Click ‘My account’ from the menu after logging in.
  • Click ‘Edit profile’ and then ‘Account details’.
  • Change your job title in the field with your old job title that you wish to update.
  • Click ‘Save’
